The AVLock SIMPLE package come as an executable file packed into a zip file. The names for each version are the following:
For the shareware edition: avlocksimple31.exe zipped into avlocksimple31.zip
For the standard edition: avlocksimple31std.exe zipped into avlocksimple31std.zip
For the developer edition: avlocksimple31dev.exe zipped into avlocksimple31dev.zip

To install them follow these steps:
1. Unzip the zip file of the version that you want to install.
2. Execute the exe file, e.g. avlocksimple210free.exe, then if you chose the default options into the setup wizard, then
you will get the following branch into your root "C:\" directory..

For Delphi 5, 6, 7, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2009
All packages have its own *.bpl file which may be easily installed, the sample below shows how to install the free package for D2009.
From your Delphi IDE select (Component > Install packages...) then press the [Add...] button and select the avlocks3d2009.bpl package from the "C:\AV_Soft\avlocks3\component\d2009" directory.
Review your Library Path into (Tools > Options > Environment Options > Delphi Options > Library Win32 > Library path). Here you should to have one entry (only one) pointing to the folder where you have the component files. If you don't have this entry then create it manually. If you have more than one entry for AVLock Simple, then remove the wrong ones.
Alternative method for Delphi 5, 6 and 7
From your Delphi IDE open the avlocksimple_d(x).dpk file; e.g. for Delphi7 the "avlocks3_d7.dpk" file from the the "C:\AV_Soft\avlocks3\Component\d7" directory.
If you get the message "This package appears to be in an older format. Would you like to convert it to the new format?" then reply No. Press the install button. Wait for the Delphi message "The following new component(s) have been registered:. . ."
Review your Library Path into the (Tools > Environment Options > Library tab > Library Path). Here you should to have one entry (only one) pointing to the folder where are the component files. If you haven't this entry then create it manually. If you have more than one entry for AVLock Simple, then remove the wrong ones.
